or do they come out in poo? i only ask as ive get piles and im eating a glorious fibre diet, but immediately ive noticed red flecks surrounded by my poo all over, but ive be eating apples next to red skins, and also plums and necterines... starting to worry a bit, its not close to the blood you get next to piles, literally flecks all through the poo...
