Anyone know any good methods to procure to sleep easier?
I find it so hard to acquire to sleep. Has anyone got any tips on how to obtain to sleep easier? Any info is much appreciated xxx

Don't chomp through at least 2 hours previously u intend to sleep.
Ensure that your feet are not cold, i know this sounds silly but you cant sleep beside cold feet.
Ensure you own a comfy pillow and bed...

I own issues falling asleep and I've noticed that if I keep hold of the radio or tv on for noise it is something for me to concentrate on while falling asleep. As I try to sleep my brain go wild and I start thinking roughly speaking everything. Also, reading might help quiet you down. I used to do that and reading for an hour or so while I was lying in bed help me fall asleep.Just be thaw out and comfortable, hug a pillow or wrap yourself in a blanket. Or listen to calm/your partiality music.^^
You need to be paid sure you are ready for sleep, going to bed too precipitate or too late can own adverse effects. Get plenty of excercise during the day, destress, enjoy a long bath or shower. Don't get through at least two hours in the past you intend to go to bed, but you can hold a drink, apparently milky ones are best. Both nictotine and alcohol are stimulants, so they are (unfortunatelty) no nos. Relax, read a book, just roughly chill out if you can. Best of luck and sweet dreams.xx

You could try listen to music. It's best if you use headphones, and select music from a relatively short playlist. that road, when you fall asleep, you don't maintain listening to music and wasting battery-operated all dark.Also, try reading in bed before hitting the lights.

drink! beer/spirits/wine/port anything but drink a lot of it. you will be out approaching a light.or look at the reason you cant sleep, maybe you are stressed in the order of something that you need to resolve earlier you can sleep properly again

also, try some lavender/vanilla body lotion, that really does give a hand.
try not to drink anything containing caffeine after 4 p.m.
if warm milk, lavender/vanilla body lotion, and adjectives out the caffeine doesn't help, try taking 2 Benadryl capsule before bed.

I have the same problem! My doctor said that if you don't catch to sleep easily, you might hold too much stress. Try chamomille tea right before bed, or other ways to destress, such as reading a flawless book or thinking about positive things that own happened to you that afternoon!
