Strange Headaches... somebody, please oblige!?

Over the past few months I've be having abnormal headaches. They're originate from the top of my neck/base of skull region, mostly on the left mitt side. It's a pulsing throb kind of spasm, and it's not exactly super-painful as it is a dull kind of achey throb. It's moving around my director to the front now, and I've be to three separate doctors who each believe it's a stiffness headache, with little to no indisputable worries. The fact that it's be almost two months now, and that the headache keep reoccurring makes me frightened that it's something else. I do hold a stiff neck, and I do work next to computers, which would make me come up with, for sure, it's a tension headache - I don`t know I'm being a hypochondriac, but I'm worried there's more to it. Anyone hold any input?

go to a hospital.. the emergency room or something and make them pocket tests and approaching scans of your principal...i had a friend once contained by about 6th echelon that she had a bleak headache over a few weeks and passed out one day and go to the hospital and DIED. so i would deffently get that checked out or scan or something.

Go see a chiropracter or doc. And maybe try pressure point I hear it works.

I get like thing on the fund of my head directly at the back my eyes. Try noticing if you do things similar to clench your jaw and see if that help.

Ankle Sprain?

Might be a mild radiation overdose from your computer screen: is it flatscreen or cup? If the the latter then look into a visor you can buy for abut a tenner which screen most of the radiation. As for the crick in your collar, nows the time to invest in an electronic massager for the neck!

Other than that, it sounds similar to a migraine.

Two things came to my mind.

First rotten, are you sure it's not a migraine? Have the docs ruled out migraine?

Also, are you a coffee/soda/caffeine drinker? Because what you're describing could also be a "caffeine headache", I get them (I'm a Starbuck's JUNKIE) - and I'd describe them as "crawling" around my skull (not fun!)

Ok, my wife get these headaches. This USUALLY works. In between your pointer finger and your thumb, put profusely of pressure on the skin in between, about an inch in. Until it hurts pretty discouraging. Try and have somebody else do it. Stand the throbbing until it goes away surrounded by your hand, consequently do the next foot. It is a pressure point and it takes the attention of of your chief, and your headache should go away.

Have you ruled out a cluster headache? These are serious headaches that are more adjectives in males than females, normally involving the rear or side of the director.

How's your intake of fliuds? You should be drinking plenty of water, avoiding caffiene, near a vasodilator such as an aspirin to allow blood flow to the cranium to maximize.

I recommend finding a massage psychoanalyst (like myself) who specializes in cranial polish. By manipulating the flow of blood and cerebrospinal fluid on a minute amount, within the cranium, headache problems can be relieved. By unlearning holding pattern in posture and level of fitness, solutions to headaches are confidently reached.
