A small lump on my knee that moves. It doesn't hurt and its commonplace colour. PLEASE HELP!?

I was merely watching Tv when I ran my paw overf my knee and notice a small bump, a bit smaller than an eraser on a pencil. When I touched it again, it moved around. I haven't falling or even hurt my knee, I don't know what it is. Like I said, there's no spasm or discolouration. Should I see a doctor?
