Trouble Sleeping?
I have to listen to my Ipod for roughly a half hour in the past i get sleepy. its in the region of 1-1:30 when i end up falling asleep. School starts in going on for a month. so i need to start getting some more sleep. does anybody know any tricks or planning to help me obtain to sleep faster. im only 14. so most sleep meds. probaly wont work. and i abhorrence to swallow pills. please help!

I suffer from this regularly.
What I find helps is if I get hold of up REALLY early the subsequent day - despite how tired I am and no business how late I go to bed the previous night.
I would set your alarm for 6am and generate sure you get up for the subsequent few weeks.
Even if you still don't go to bed impulsive that night the subsequent night you will, even if it in recent times starts getting gradually early and earlier its something that your body will adjust to and start getting used to going to bed at a apt time again.
my coccyx was broke do you recommend removal of the coccyx?
go to your dr, if it doesnt abscond soon..it could be a mild case of insomnia..try to hold a routine, like do not look @ a computer or tv blind after 9:00, don't excersize late, don't turn to bed @ all different times during the week, and do something relaxing..close to have sleepytime tea w/ honey in the past bed and listen to soothing music and read a not-too-action-packed bookAnyone ever had a heel spur? you might try Reading a book and listen to your ipod also you might try exercising till you wear yourself out right before bed.ive be a self-harmer for a few years. scars are pretty desperate. can anyone tell me...?
You could try some aromatherapy, such as lavendar pillow spray or if you want you can put some dried lavendar within a little daypack and put it on/under your pillow.More Questions & Answers...
