Prepare this oil at home. Mix 3 tablespoons of Mustard & Sesame oil in equal proportions. You can formulate more if it is insuffecient. Warm this oil, agree to it be tolerably hot, & massage it adjectives over your body without applying pressure. Remember to pat using upward strokes from the legs upwards, massage should other be done towards the heart to improve blood circulation.
