Sore Muscles?


Ok, I am in need of desperate abet!! I am 14 and doing this volleyball camp this week and they work you really unyielding and it is from 9 to 4. I was contained by pretty bad shape so my integral body aches and I can just walk up and down the stairs. I didn't jump today cuz I could barely move and have a stomachache on top of it. I'll hold to go wager on tomorrow and friday is a half time. Tomorrow I think they're re-testing us too on sit ups and pushups and stuff similar to that. What can I do tonight so I won't be so sore and so I can actually take home it through the day tomorrow?? Thanks surrounded by advance

stretch your musclesout by doing jumping jacks. and consequently take a hot hip bath. it helps relax your muscles, i know its frozen but they loosen up when u get into it.

Prepare this oil at home. Mix 3 tablespoons of Mustard & Sesame oil in equal proportions. You can formulate more if it is insuffecient. Warm this oil, agree to it be tolerably hot, & massage it adjectives over your body without applying pressure.
