Ive be conditioning for football and ive gotten a band runny feeler and yesterday i couldnt sleep? how 2 fix?

As long as nearby is no blood, you're probably just desiccated. Keep up on the fluids, eat life-size portions of healthy meal, take it a moment or two easier, and let your coach/parents know in the order of any problems you're having beside your health.
If you're bleeding, stop conditioning and enlighten your parents immediately.
