What should you do if your ankle makes a clicking nouns?

My left ankle make a clicking sound and I can grain it pop out of place everytime I erect it up after stepping on it. Can I do anything to make it better? Doesn't really seem to be like a doctor related entry so I'm hoping somebody has like peas in a pod problem and a way to fix it. I'm not overweight so conceivably I just hold a weak ankle.

The clicking is actually produced by your ligaments or tendons rubbing over your ankle bones. If you are competent to reproduce the clicking without any misery, I would not worry nearly it too much. Sometimes if you have someone loosen your muscles and ligaments and tendons around your calf and ankle that will sustain with the rigidity created on the tendon or ligaments to be precise making the clicking noise.
