"Gas" pain contained by my chest...?


I remember when I was young-looking about 11 at Disneyland, I have "gas" pain within my chest to a point where it hurt to breathe, it individual happened once in a while after that like once every year until presently, Im 17, non-smoker, in shape, and almost once everyday i bring back an uncomfortable hunch in my upper chest nouns sometimes its in my ribs, if i inhale or exhale it hurts but if I breathe rock-hard enough it will "Pop" after it goes away. My mom and dad both vote that its just "gas" throbbing, but should gas pain start this often? Thanks within advance

hmmm... not really, But I am not an MD. I mull over you should talk it over next to your doctor.

I know that when I am walking I get a sharp "gas" throbbing in my rib nouns, or chest area. I know its due to a progress in gait, activity and muscle use, especially after a long time. You should still collaborate to your doc about it.

My mother told me i couldnt own a tatoo, but i really wanted one so i get one =]...its lower back..ne advyc ?

1. Gas pains usually surface because of lack of proper digestion. You should chomp through your food slowly, chew on it till it mixes with the saliva & afterwards swallow.

2. Do not rush to do anything soon after you eat food, rest for 10 minutes. Let the digestive process open & then you can be sour.

3. If you have a way of breaking knuckles or cracking joints, stop it. It will aggravate the pains.

4. Do not drink raw, stale, chilled or junk foods. They do not appear to be agreeing with your constitution. You can own well cooked food instead.

5. These kind of pain also run up when a person become anxious or nervous. Try to be relaxed & lug deep breaths.
