Get to a doctor...you may enjoy a serious issue...
well for all of you who answered me grill thanks! but presently i have another one .?
Yes, turn see a doctor as soon as you can. Your problem could range anywhere from anyone as serious as infection, spinal trauma, neurological dysfunctions to something as minor as stress, dehydration, or chronic tension migraines. You haven't mentioned any trouble beside movement, or difficulty concentrating, so I would think it is smaller number serious than so.Judging by the types of medications you are taking (which are relieving pain), and that you enjoy a history of similar pain--I would lean towards it being a migraine. Set up a conference with your physician, try to drink lots of fluids, and stay relaxed.
Update:
That's nice to hear that you're doing better, and that your symptoms aren't so broad. It lead me to believe that it's just a stiffness headache as I suspected. That's a rather powerful form of migraine. They are so intense that the muscles in your collar and shoulders will tense up as ably. Keep drinking fluids, take it natural, and schedule an appointment beside your physician.
If your pain is intolerable then try heat up a warm, wet towel (be careful not to burn yourself) and place it over your shoulders. Coffee or caffeinated tea will also minister to more than you'd think--unless you already drink more than a cup a day. If you do, hold bad on the caffeine. An Ibuprofen or Tylenol (as directed by the labeling) if it persists or you are contained by a situation preventing non-medicated treatments.
Nobody likes to live beside chronic pain. The perfect Dr. will be able to lend a hand.
