Left Temple pain next to and following a sinus issue? What could this be?

It could just be anxiety but run to the doctor and get a check up anyway. If you own a large domestic history, it doesn't matter what your age is.

you give somebody a lift your child to the Dr. and you get this nurse practitioner loaf a moment i AM paying for a DR>?

Go to the doctor and have some labs drawn. I would suggest they check your iron stratum, B6, B12, calcium and potassium. Your symptoms could be related to anemia or a vitamin/mineral imbalance. If it's affecting the method you care for your kids, you really involve to get checked out.
