please let me know what did or did not work for you. surgery have been suggested by one doctor to shave sour bone that's hitting up against a nerve. i'm afraid of rear surgery, after working at a physical rehab place & noticed that wager on surgery patients ended up addicted to aching killers, deformed, etc.
