your arm's falling asleep because it's losing circulation. it happens to everyone presently and again. the funniest is when you try to move it, but you have no control over it and finishing up smacking yourself in the head. it's probably not doomed to failure if it happens every so repeatedly, but every night isn't appropriate. your cells and tissue stipulation oxygen to survive, and by cutting rotten the circulation, they aren't being supplied. try finding a different position to sleep.
A progressing numbness down your arm clearly hints at a circulation problem that I feel wishes checking out ASAP by your doctor--who may refer you to a circulatory heart specialist.
Early detection and treatment of circulatory problems now can avoid go threatening issues.
