Tiiiiiny bumps/pimples?

i have these itty bitty bump genus of things on my chin..and you cant see em till you get close to a centimeter away from the mirror, but when i do see them it drives me crazy! i cant medicate them because it just go over them..and i cant pop them because there's no head and if i do they don't jump away.

i know its gross but does anyone have any warning?

Pimple diaster!!?

leave them the style they are. Dont temper next to them, and NEVER pop anything on the face. Then it will hand down dark spots! but if you give notice them the way they are, they will run away slowly. and use some kind of grease remover/face washer 2-3 times a day. these will remove the extra grease, and make smaller quantity of those pimples. And if you have the access to, you can use Proactive cream. It works polite on pimples. and if you see that after 2-3 months they are still there, or increasing, you may wanna agree to the doctor.

I think that several people enjoy this problem, and I would suggest getting an acne treatment. It helps.
