Old football injury giving me alot of problems in a minute..?

When I was a Soph. contained by high arts school (2004) I injured my elbow very scantily. The bone was chipped, nerves be messed up and the team's doctor didn't pay it any attention and agree to me keep playing. Now I enjoy a bone spur and can't straighten my arm out and my hand constantly go numb from the nerve harm. I did physical therapy for it and it help a little but not plenty. The pain is crippling at times. I be wondering what kind of surgery I could obtain for this or anything else I can do to help it? And how much would a surgery for something similar to this cost? Thanks for any help!

Go see an orthopedic surgeon. your insurance will probably pay for it ..
