I would be curious to know which medicine you own tried to help you drip asleep. There are several prescription medications available in a minute which cause smaller quantity drowsiness in the morning, so it may be a good opinion to talk beside your doctor if you haven't already done so.

If you like to read, this may be productive. I find reading a good book tend to make me drowsy if I'm reading it in bed...and it take your mind off the unusual stuff you're thinking about. Make sure that you don't drink any alcohol a couple hours in the past bed. Most people come up with this will help them walk to sleep, but often it have the opposite effect.
If you are taking medication, bear it only if you know you're going to win 8 hours of sleep. That should cut down on the drowsiness the next morning. So, if you own to get up at 7am, filch the medication no later than 11pm. Hope that help...good luck!

Old football injury giving me alot of problems very soon..?

There's nothing to do. I hold the same problem. I close my eyes and listen to the radio beside headphones until I have a feeling like I'm falling asleep. It usually take hours and the next morning I'm motionless tired. I think its because my brain is newly very live.

How can i get my doctor to supply me a fake long arm form even when i don't need one; if it's for a account clas

Try doing this. Relax your body and mind. Don't think in the region of the fact that "you can't come across to fall asleep." Think give or take a few something that happened the prior year and eventually your body and mind will fall into a sleep.

If that doesn't work, try putting Lavender incense around your room. That will relax the mind. Even put on a soundtrack of the the deep, rain, dampen, birds, insect chirping, etc.

If that doesn't work, maybe consider taking Tylonel PM.

What is this foot spasm?

Maybe there is someting bothering you that you don't realize. Like someone died and you never get over it. Try seeing a conselor or try journaling before bed. If you don't know how to review there are masses books you can buy that can help. Even if nil is wrong journaling helps you take in touch next to yourself and really helps me sleep. Now I can't slump asleep without it!
:)
Btw I don't recommend sleeping pills...

Try reading, and try to stick to a routine. Maybe some meditation will help. I used to do this dumb item, but it worked. I imagined in my head the actual words what i be thinking about approaching "kids" and "bills" and imagined a broom slowly sweeping the words away..i know it sounds dumb, but whatever works- and that worked for me!

white dots on may nails ?

I have the same problem for years and in attendance were a quantity of things causing it. I don't know your lifestyle, but here's how I solved it.

1.) Stop drinking caffeine at least possible 6 hours before you jump to bed.
2.) Eat a light, mild (I'm a supporter of spicy food, but had to nix the pepper for dinner) dinner in the order of 4 hours before you travel to bed, don't have desert (the sugar be also keeping me up), and have a cup or two of chammomile (sp?) tea more or less an hour after dinner.
3.) Make a to-do list every afternoon after school or work so you won't dance to bed worrying about anything.
4.) Stay away from your computer for at least possible an hour before bed. (I don't know why this works--something almost the light from the blind, maybe?)
5.) If you can, transport a warm (not hot) hip bath for at least 10 minutes, and be sure you feign back and close your eyes. Try some wide breathing.
6.) This might seem a bit indulgent, but it's totally, totally worth it. Change your sheets once a week (I do it on Sundays) and put on verbs sheets that you've IRONED with lavender linen wet. You can make this yourself surrounded by a spray bottle with a few drops of inborn lavender oil within spring water--shake it well--or, if you're like me and can't find any inbred lavender oil, buy it from L'Occitane. Find them online, and, no, I don't work for them.
7.) Finally, be paid sure your room is well-aired. When you get into bed, try tensing and relaxing respectively muscle group from your toes up to your face. Think something like relaxing those muscles. Breathe deeply.

Sweet dreams!

Oh, and if you're have trouble waking up, try dry body scrub, then a bit of exercise, consequently a shower.
