How to get rid stale my large bruise which i have since Feb.?

I had a hulking bruise on my thigh which I got from hitting a block of wood. It have been 5 months and it's not totally heal. The black and blue bruise had disappeared but here is still a light dupe left. The table lamp mark disappeared but reappear. I still feel a wishy-washy pain. I've see a doctor but he did not give me any question paper, he said my clotting is slow because of lack of vitamins. He give me a multivitamins with folic acerbic. Does this bruise may cause any wound? I'm so worried...do I have to put up with any test?

When to see a doctor nearly burns?

I have a clotting disorder for which I hold to take a blood thinner. Unfortunately, this ability that I bruise very regularly and very weakly. In December, I walked into a piece of furniture and hit my leg VERY knotty! I still have a small bruise and a moment or two dent in my muscle. The nouns is still a little sensitive as very well. The bruise is most likely not deleterious at all. Sometimes, trauma to an nouns of the body can cause a blood clot, so basically monitor your thigh for any changes and see the doctor again if you are still concerned. They can efficiently give you a exam (such as a CT scan) to look for clots. If you are concerned about your clotting, the doctor can charge a PT/INR blood test which can "time" your blood for how long it take to clot.

As far as the clotting goes, stick to what the doctor give you, but Vitamin K is what causes blood to clot. Vitamin K is usually found in multi-vitamins. Green vegetables and green tea also enjoy lots of Vitamin K! Good luck to you!!

Whats the best thing to do or transport for a hear ache?

Some fruitless bruises take a fundamentally long time to heal, especially if they are insightful tissue injuries. It also depends on the individual. Massaging the area should back to dissipate the blood from that area. Religiously transport those vitamins though. You're lacking something in your diet for sure.

A slow healing bruise is an indication of riboflavin less specifically. Eat more citrus fruits (oranges). Also, have the doctor check if you are diabetic.
