Leg pain surrounded by the morning? numbness too..?

i keep wake up in the middle of the dark with the reaction my leg has be twisted (it hurts at the back lately under the joint), it is the muscle or atleast something in in that, its that painful that it make me roll around in bed within pain and biting a pillow whilst going "owww"

i own done this a few times now contained by the last 2 months and im not sure if its desperate sleep or moving too much in my sleep. i have woken up beside dead leg sometimes or numbness at hand, sometimes it is the same for my arms.. i cant wander on my left leg atm.

im not sure what im doing to wreak this :S it is happening abit and other parts of body are partly numb too sometimes. maybe not much blood is getting to these parts of the body?
