While you are sleeping.?
Answers:
This have no medical credentials behind it, but its what I've notice about my own sleeping.
I'm a bit of a roller and wiggler myself when I sleep, and I've found that sleeping on my side, beside a pillow 'boxing' me in on each side of the bed beside me, help to allow me to sleep without moving around as much.
I chew over the reasoning behind it may hold something to do with the subconscious mind seeking out something womb-like or nest-like, we hold millions of years of subconscious tendancies, passed down from our ancestors who didn't sleep in bed...
Another thing that I've found that help in alike thread, is to move the bed so the mattress side is against the wall, and falling asleep with one's hindmost lightly touching the wall.
Good luck.

Another reheat body, person, kitten, etc snuggled up beside you may also sustain with your sleeping-movement. Snuggling is also something wrapped into our subconscious minds appreciation to our lives as small children, and millions of years of having "snuggle = relaxing" ingrained into our genes.
Do you own ADHD? Often people next to ADHD move around a lot when they sleep.
I dont recomend prescription. Tuck your sheets in the best you can and purely be glad all movement, if you are awake or asleep burms calories. This is a virtuous thing.

I'm the exact same opening! I don't think there's anything that can be done though. I only just deal near my own habits and put up beside them.More Questions & Answers...
