New athletic shoes and knee niggle?
I hold never had a knees problem, but since using these new shoes I've developed spasm in my right knees after using the treadmill. The strange thing is: these shoes are super-comfortable on my foot. Has anyone ever experienced this before near new shoes?
Answers:
Often times knees pain can come from what is going on near your feet. This is especially true if you own pronated (flat) feet. If you do afterwards you would require an athletic shoe that has a built up arch support on the inside portion of the shoe to support your medial (inside) arch. I would recommend that you find a running store in your nouns that has more up to date staff than you would find at a Footlocker, etc. They would be able to assess your foot and fit you with the proper athletic shoe.
What do u do when your knees cracks and has cramp?
It could be the shoes. Did you get them at a regular shoe store that fits you for shoes and measures your foot etc? If you did I would go posterior to them and talk to them roughly speaking this as they may not have sold you the right type of shoe for the hobby you are doing. If you didn't buy them at a regular shoe store then here is nothing you can do but stop wearing these shoes and GO TO A REGULAR shoe store and seize fitted for the right type of shoe. These shoes do not fit you properly; stir to a running shoe store with trained fitters.
