Any physio's out nearby?Or anyone have any warning?

I have a minor subluxation in my collar, I've seen the physio roughly speaking it but stopped about 3 or 4 months ago. I sometimes hold times where it feel like pressure is going up by collar, like a throbbing, usually if I look to the not here too much or up or down. Today has be different, each time I would draw from that feeling (like the pressure is gonna build up),I've feel dizzy instead. Quite a lot this morning. I go to bed with a distress going up the right side of my neck ultimate night and feel it this morning too,i've had a stinking headache adjectives day too.
I go to the gym Tuesday afternoon for about 45 mins if this have anything to do with it.
I hold 2 theories, one being perchance a trapped nerve and the other low blood pressure (I've not suffered from it since though)
What do you think? Thanks

Surgical nurse?

Even for a physio, it would be difficult to work out what the problem is, in need getting hold of your neck ('palpation') and asking for some further information.

That's because like mad of the stuff just below your skipper is jammed pretty closely together. Nerve problems can be caused by the slight swelling of an injured muscle, or a muscular spasm can interfere next to the local blood supply, leaving other tissues short of oxygen... etc, etc.

Most family have slight mis-alignments ('sub-luxation') between vertebrae, and these can be completely non-hazardous. In therapies where on earth they are the focus (osteo, chiro, kinesio, etc)of a diagnosis, this is usually because a particular type of misalignment may be evidence of a desperate postural habit that have caused or maintain the position of the bones.

These habits can be preventative; if your neck have been slightly injured (mild 'whiplash' is really common), your muscles protected it from further injury by limiting its movement. This kind of tautness can become habitual (or recur surrounded by stressful circumstances).

When your neck is giving you trouble, you should see the physio, so that you can be confident that you are doing the right things to sustain it recover. It may be an episode of the decipherable problem's symptoms (even if the symptoms aren't familiar), or it may be caused by a contemporary problem.

Between episodes, you need to treat your nouns as a weak intertwine. It is vulnerable to further problems. Alexander Technique will educate you how to defend it, and modernize its function. You will learn to fake on your back beside your neck contained by a 'neutral' position, in decree to allow the muscles to release habitual tension. Done every day, this can re-educate your reflex reaction to 'threatening' circumstances so that you don't tense up and (literally) repeat previous defacement (it's a common habit).

Regular de-stressing technique such as massage can facilitate you to identify 'triggers' before they start to interfere next to your neck's mobility.

One common self-help method (between episodes, NOT during) is 'traction'. You don't requirement to tie weights to your head surrounded by order to do this; the weightiness of your head is ample. You can drape yourself over a banister, or the head/footboard of your bed, or the back of a sofa if it will stay adjectives, so that your hips are supporting your weight, and your upper body is inverted. This allows your go before to hang down, stretching out the soft tissues in your nouns that are usually compressed by the weight of your pave the way. DON'T do this while your neck is bleeding; it can cause further weaken.

Limited neck movement isn't a problem; it allows the inflammation (damage) to alleviate. Pain relief and, if required, a soft foam collar (from surgical supply retailers) can help you to cope beside an episode.

I've heard that stretching can also sustain you to grow. What stretches can you prescribe as a growing tool?

I'm not a physio or a doctor, but my first thought was a trapped chutzpah.

You should really go and see a doctor asap, only just in casing it's anything worse which could cause you serious irredeemable damage. You're better nontoxic than sorry...
