Head pressure. Is there a doc out in attendance?

I'm writing this for a friend as I'm concerned. For about a month and a partially he says his principal hurts. He described it as pressure in the posterior of his head. He said sometimes it's strong to drive because it hurts so much. He said that he gets "odd" thoughts, greatly tired, and has be getting angry for no reason. Any clues as to if this can be foremost? I told him to call a doc but he is freshly scared that something big is wrong that they'll enjoy to drill in his skull! Any warning would be great!! Thanks!

He wishes to make an appointment beside a neurologist and get an MRI done to rule out any type of tumor.
I hold a condition called intracranial hypertension (aka psuedotumor cerebri) The symptoms of this disease mimick that of a brain tumor, but is truly increased CF fluid around the brain and spine causing pressure on the optic nerves (it can breed you go blind) as resourcefully as intense headaches and optical disturbances.
I received a brain shunt to help hold on to the fluid level stable by draining some of it into my peronial cavity. Let him know that I hold had a drill within my skull and its not bad at adjectives! I made it. Its been for a moment over 2 years now and I hold my life spinal column.
Tell him not to mess around, I understand he is anxious, but if its something major he wants to start fixing it before its too unsettled. I would rather hold another drill in my skull than dieing!
