Free national health insurance: Can doctors still be in private practice, outside the government system?

In England, Canada, etc., what happen if a doctor refuses to see rule patients? Does he lose his license? Or are doctors forced to work for the national health system, as governing body employees? If a long-suffering could afford to pay the fees of a private doctor, I'm wondering if at hand would be any in private practice and hence whether the patient would own that choice. I would love to hear how these matters are handle in any country next to nationalized medicine, and hear from patients, whether delighted or dissatisfied. Also I'd like to know if a forgiving can still buy his own health insurance--that is, whether it's available. Or does nationalized tablets wipe out that module of the insurance industry? Thanks.

I don't know about England or etc. but within Canada it is mandatory that all doctors work for the state. In reality it is a crime to have private robustness insurance or see a doctor outside the system. Currently the single largest group of criminals is the health nurture professionals. They know the true condition of a system that has an average hang about of 16 to 18 weeks to see a specialist and maybe years of waiting for surgery.

People in Canada beside money routinely come to the US for heath contemplation. That is anything beyond 2 aspirins. A friend in Seattle tells me you can't hope to see a doctor on Monday mornings unless you are prepared to get contained by line bringing up the rear a large group of Canadians.

When I look at my own flesh and blood (extended) I believe that every one of them over 60 would be dead if we lived within Canada. My Mother-in-Law received open heart surgery within the US in smaller amount than 36 hours after seeing her primary physician. Mom would have died waiting to see a specialist in Canada. When she saw her primary her existence expectancy was literally person measured in hours.

I'm not nonetheless 60 myself, just getting close, but I be diagnosed with diabetes several years ago. Under socialized medicine I would probably be late too as I have developed a couple of infections that be potentially lethal and a skulk to see a specialist would have probably see the specialist coming to the funeral to check me out.

I'm not a supporter of Socialized Medicine but I will bet the farm we are going to find it and if you are anywhere near 60 or if you enjoy a serious illness I suggest you find your estate in instruct because the system will kill millions of elder people. BTW, those are equal people who own worked their with the plan of taking contemplation of themselsves. Now that idea is null and null and void and they will be expected to take trouble of 12 million illegals and those who won't care for themselves.

EDIT: Did you know that Cuba have this system and when Castro got sick they brought surrounded by a Doctor from Spain. That should tell everyone something.

I've be getting a pain contained by my neck and shoulder (left paw side of my body) whenever I swallow or yawn?

Usually, doctors must work for the government, and lug government patients. In Hillary's plan, it be actually risky for a patient to be in motion to a doctor other then their assigned doctor, even if they looked-for to pay for it themselves.

The other entry is... it's NOT free heathcare. There is a 20% tax to provide "free" organization healthcare. most people will spend A LOT more on healthcare.

The establishment cant do anything right. Government heathcare will KILL millions... they need to stay out of it. Fix the problems, but socialized tablets is a horrible idea.

Oh no could I own broken my ankle again?

The whole purpose of a national form care system is to trademark the system affordable and accessible. It would be foolish for a doctor to remove himself from a system that would guarantee him/her a paycheck.

The whole purpose of a national vigour care system is to benefit doctor and tolerant. If a doctor wishes not to participate, that's his conclusion and he is on his own in trying to collect his duty. It wouldn't make sense for a doctor to be turn down patients and not be a party to the system...Could be out of business, shortly.
