Here are a few suggestions:
-read a good book while lying in bed
-don't consume any type of sugar or caffeine anytime even close beforehand you go to bed
-try not to receive to hyper or participate surrounded by any high verve activites close before bed
-put on some soft music
-if your room isn't already really menacing then wear an eye mask
-get a "relaxation" spray that they receive especially for bedtime and spray it on your bed before you procure in it.

Sometimes, just mortal uncomfortable can lead to you to not sleep. That's why I started sleeping in the corner of my bed, pressing my pillows against the wall and cramming myself in there next to a fan blowing in my frontage.

Somethings like stress could be a factor.
Do something to backing you forget about stress, approaching do something mindless. Play tetris, scrub something.
It's always compliant to get a tuning of scenery. Sleep on the couch, or sleep on the disparate side of your bed.
Or, I learned this trick, it works sometimes, try to stay awake. Don't reason about sleeping. Try and see how long you can stay awake, and study how fast you fall down asleep.
I don't suggest sleeping pills. But that's just my belief. Seeing as how I'm terrified of mental enhancers and medication...
But anyhow, that's adjectives the advice I've get.

It's rather meditative...It mostly helps me to gain to sleep, and you learn something that impress most people at equal time!

Well my brother say to count sheep but i say do what i customarily do:~ Taking a hot shower or bath relaxes you and calm your body down
~Drinking something hot like tea ((But it dose enjoy caffeine)) helps unmoved you down as well
~Take some Tylenol PM...that help formulate you drowsy
~Listen to some soothing music while laying down
~Try watching a movie or some TV while lay down
~Or try reading while laying down
