Is it a bruise or not? except what is it ?

I was skating today and be goin up to do the most basic grind trick, a front side 50-50 on my guiderail just to go and get warmed up, it be like second trick of the sunshine, i didnt have adequate speed and came stale the end crooked, land primo and fell on my left hip HARD, it feel like a bruise but theres no markings at adjectives and it hurts like a mofo, but still didnt stop me from skating beside JB ( justin brock ) WOOT WOOT! his ankles bout better now, and hes skating awsome again.. Anyway, what is it? what should i do to gross the pain decrese or compleatly jump away? i want to skate tommorrow....

Could be a wide tissue bruise! Not a problem in the long run, but you also could enjoy damaged something farther inside similar to the joint or I don`t know the bone, if your're SURE it's just a bruise and it's not resembling a sharp stabbing pain, consequently you should be okay, other wise, craft with the dr's department : / have fun and take care. . .^^

it could be an internal bruise...bruised on the inside, but no sign on the outside. you should put some rime on it for a little while. perchance it will help numb it.
