Oh no, I deliberate I've bruised my tailbone. I am an exercise addict, what should I do immediately?


I've been sick beside the flu for 2 weeks and haven't been competent to do my almost daily aerobics and running. And today I feel better but fell over and I think my tailbone is bruised. It's not really too throbbing, just tender more every hour especially when I walk or sit. How long will it filch to get better? I am going crazy not exercising. What can I do to keep hold of fit while it is getting better or should I do nil at all? It's so frustrating.

I did mine about 30 years ago and it hurt resembling blazes - think I be up again in a few days.

Watch out though - you can crack them too I think, though what they do if it's fractured I don't know -bit frozen to splint, eh?

I reckon I'd see a doc if not superior in a couple, a moment ago in travel case.

i bruised my tailbone years ago when i fell stale my nephews skateboard on the cement...OUCH!! but the bruise will go away contained by a week or so... if ur in greatly of pain afterwards i suggest u dont do anything physical because it wont help. and besides since u exercise everyday its time to consent to ur body rest.
