Is it bad to stretch up to that time going to sleep?


i work on my splits and stuff right before sleeping. is that doomed to failure? like since i'm not moving for similar to 8 hours after stretching?

good question! im not rather sure but.i think its fine! i be at my guy friends house once and we came upon a book that give u secrets to getting taller-----it said if u really stretch in the morning (i tight-fisted like a lot) it will serve u grow. thought that was pretty cool-so I don`t know if your still kinda freaked bout the whole streaching up to that time sleep thing, only just do it in the morning that track u enhance ur ability to grow and gain closer to that awsome split(s)!GOOD LUCK!
