i usually have wrist problems, but yesterday at tumbling, i come down on my left arm pretty knotty twice. and it hurt when i did it, but then the affliction went away. but in a minute the bone hurts again, and i don't know what's wrong? can bones be bruised? i'm 100 percent sure it's not a break. because that would be MUCH more painful. but it's pretty sore. does anybody know what's wrong?
