Hello-
I have be in your shoes in the past, and we also see patients like yourself. With me my siatic gall came from a knees injury that caused me to hop for a few months and the limping caused me to own the siatic nerve problem. The doc told me to use anti inflammatories and try not to flabby as much. The A.I.'s didnt work. It didnt even touch the discomfort. So the Dr. told me to get some physical psychotherapy next door. Good point i did because a few sessions of therapy and i be a lot better. You may want to ask something like some kind of professional psychiatric help to correct the nerve issue. Now whenever i take that twinge in my back approaching its starting to hurt i just do a couple lower rear legs exercises that the Therapist gave to me. Good luck, you should get the impression better after some therapy.
