Can I be parched?


I have be in a outstandingly hot climate that I am not used to for the recent past week. I feel dizzy, listless, sluggish and in recent times blah since I have gotten here. I havent be drinking water (juice, soda, alcohol etc.) and I never really thought it would build a difference. I guess my question is can this be dehydration? How can I avoid it? How much dampen should I drink daily? The temp is well 95 degrees day after day...with no A/C just anywhere. I used to being A/C' ed adjectives the time. Big difference!

sounds like dehydration to me...on a common day you should be drinking 8-8oz goggles of water(or more if you are drinking alcohol or soda as they dehydrate your body more) especially if you are not used to the bake...don't forget that your body is loosing water from perspiration due to the excessive boil as well...best piece is to get a big marine bottle and fill it next to ice hose down to keep near you and sip on throughout the day, consequently just fill up on it as needed..hope that helps...

it probably is. you want at least 1.5 L of fluid morning, that's 3 bottles of water (the prevailing conditions sized ones). juice contains lots of sugar that simply makes u more dry. soda contains caffeine that dehydrates you, so if u drink a cup make sure to drink a bottle of wet to get rear to your fluid balance. alcohol also dehydrates u and its nought but empty calories. so i read out try and stay away from the sugary and caffeinated stuff if you can and in hot weather like that where on earth you are sweating all the time and loosing fluid anyways drink 2 L of hose daily if you can
