Should I cut my goiter next to my mini chainsaw?

I hate have this big goiter on my neck and im thinking of adjectives it off. I own the mini chainsaw oiled, I open up a garbage daypack on the ground to collect the after cut, and I put a stool in the middle to sit on. I tape a mirror on the wall for navigation also. I have a bottle of peroxide, gauze, and some medical cartridge for afterwards. You think I should?
