A pain within my foot... what could it be?

2 days ago I woke up and noticed that my foot be very sore. today I woke up and it be a whole lot worse.. so doomed to failure that it's hard for me to hike.

Here's what's going on:

-- I can't lift that foot minus holding it
-- I can't move it around in a circle
-- I'm having trouble walking
-- If I prop it up it hurts even worse as it get stiff
-- The pain throbs every in a minute and then
-- It hurts around the area of my navicular [[and it hurts even worse to touch that area]]
-- The torment is just surrounded by that area.. it doesn't shift throughout my foot.

If anyone might know what this is, please tell me! Thank you highly much. :]

Have you tried icing the nouns? Also, I this is going to sound eccentric, but try going to a chiropractor. It could be that it needs to be popped.
