I did hurdles in track a few months ago and i hurt my leg. I felt it pop and i be in misery. I didnt think i dislocated it because i played football a while in the past that and it popped just close to it did and i only bothered me for a year or 2. then the throbbing left. But immediately... a few months past the hurdle injury, it is really starting to quality awkward when i walk. So is it dislocated or wat?

Pain in right knees due to a fall?

If your hip be dislocated, you wouldn't be walking at all. It sounds close to your hip is not lining up near the pelvis properly. This can cause throbbing, grinding, popping, or clicking. Unfortunately, this is nothing you can fix yourself. I would recommend you mention this to your chiropractor (I assume you own one because you play football) before football practice starts up. A polite chiropractor will be able to realign your pelvis so that the hip lines up properly. If this go uncorrected, it can develop into arthritis later within life. Good luck, and do something in the order of this now. It won't progress away on its own.
