Tweezers will hopefully do it. If not, you can use a sterelized sewing-type needle to abet, but that can get gross. Alternately, if you're going to sleep soon, you can try putting a small chunk of bread against it & holding it in place beside a bandaid. Put some Elmer's gum (the white kind from school) on the splinter. Let set. When dry, coat back from the skin. Make sure you strip in a direction that pulls the splinter straight out. Not backwards. Pulling it backwards will in recent times make the splinter break in partially and leave sector in your flesh.Use Neosporin or some other topical antibacterial lotion after peeling epoxy resin.
