about a month ago my husband stepped on my toe as guess I had my toes lift as if I was in the order of to take a step He come towards me and put his whole freight 215lbs on my big toe bending it upward I felt the most excruciating affliction. My toe with contained by a matter of minutes become three times it's normal size, I couldn't wander on it for about a week, but since I've get kids and I can't just stay surrounded by bed I would walk next to my foot side ways only putting my substance on my heel. I asked to be taken to the doctor but my husband said I was individual a cry baby
so I tried to only just ride it out but now am worried the swelling have gone down so now it's just twice the size that it used to be but it's very stiff, it doesn't hurt anymore the best agency I can describe it is it feels insensible, it looks darker than the toe on the in front of foot. It just doesn't look run of the mill I think it's broken Is in that anything that I can do at home to help it restore to health?

use tape (not regular video, but medical tape) to tape it to the other toes.. this should help save it immobile and it should heel in 2-3 weeks.. i broke the toe subsequent to the big toe and i didnt do anything to it.. it healed within 3 weeks.. good luck!

It sounds similar to it was probably broken but the unlucky thing is even a doctor can't really do anything for a broken toe. You can't die it and you can't even splint it. Consult your doctor though as he may want to check it to make sure it is curative properly.

Try to put it up when you are sitting. The swelling is from the break and most possible bruising thats the darkening you see. Ice help. Ibuprofen helps alot. Good luck anddontworry it will treat and be fine but Iknow the pain is disastrous...been near done that :( With kids you have no choice but promise with it and wander anyway.
