Help or advice please! desperate for headache nouns?

Ok so here goes my long story short. I own always have headaches for as long as I can remember. At most 2 times a week and I would not describe it as a migraine. OTC advil usually help. Starting in May 2007 my quality of natural life has significantly changed. I am within constant pain and literally do not move the house unless it is for a Dr appt. I don't remember the last time I wore makeup and am missing my summer! I own seen dentists and orthodontists who have suggested jaw surgery for TMJ. No palpable evidence to make me desire to spend thousands of dollars on that. Been to an allergist and had carrying out tests done; negative. Tried flonase, nasonex, astelin, zyrtec and claritin. Nothing help. Had a CT scan of brain and sinuses; clear. Have been given shots of Torodal and taken every OTC (advil, asprin, tylenol, naprosyn) I can regard of; no change AT ALL. Saw two ENTs who said although my muzzle seemed inflammed inside that the CT would enjoy shown an infection. My Dr thinks it is stiffness headaches but no pills works not even muscle relaxers. Saw a neurologist who diagnosed me with chronic migraines and give me Imitrex. No HELP!! My question is, Does anyone hold any suggestions or advice/opinions on what is going on with my person in charge? My main symptoms are NONSTOP pressure impression in director, and temple pain. It's within upon awakening and slowly gets worse throughout the sunshine until most nights I am crying in agony. I do not catch nauseus, nor do I have an aura. I can't convey if I am sensitive to light or rumble because I dont know of anyone that has a headache that enjoy loud noise or bright lights. I consider that covers it. Thanks

I had 2nd Total Knee Replacement 9 weeks ago 1st one come apart had to be taken out & replaced.Ortho DR..?

I don't if this will comfort you but, i seen on a vigour show about home form remedies. I have some headache but nothing similar to you describe. Ibuprofen helps mine. Anyways, this might nouns crazy but on the show there be a man in the audience that have severe headaches (this be about 20 minutes into the show) and what they have him do is put a couple of cut lemons across his forehead and tied a bandana/scarf around his head and by the end of the show his headache were gone. His headache were close to not stop aching. I believe he have one on the forehead and one on each temple. It doesn't hurt to try. I customarily don't answer question that i hold not had experience surrounded by but after reading your question i have to tell you what i see work for someone else.
