I quit smoking pot two days ago and need aid.?

I quit smoking pot. It's been two days very soon. I have not slept. ate or smiled since. Do things capture better? How long will the withdrawl symptoms last? My resolve is better than ever, I won't smoke again.(Can't go and get any, don't want any) But need some words of incuragement.
