I catch headaches alot, does anyone know of any tricks to seize rid of them?

Or do you know of any really good distress relievers? I take Advil, but it doesn't work that great--sometimes my cranium still hurts.

The best opinion is for you to find out what is causing your headache. It could be anything from stress to diet. That being said, you may be getting used to the Advil. Try switching to Tylenol. They work different ways, so you may enjoy more luck with one than the other. Another perfect one is Excedrin.

Advil is ibuprofen, so is Motrin. The tablets are 200mg tablets and you can take up to four of them (800mg) three times a hours of daylight (every 8 hours). Excedrin, Tylenol, and Advil are adjectives great for headaches but DON'T TAKE THEM ALL AT ONCE, CHOOSE ONE! There's also a pressure point in between your thumb and pointer finger that you can press on and will sometimes relieve the backache.

acupuncture works really really well. but you might want to find a catscan or something to make sure here isn't a reason or a problem to be exact causing the headache. The way to progress though would be acupuncture, good luck w/ your headache also make sure to drink lots of dampen!
