Did your doctor do a urine culture? That is different than the urine exam they do in the organization with a oral exam strip. It takes over 24 hours to carry the results of a urine culture. Also, are you running a fever? If you're not, after you probably do not have a urinary tract infection. If you have a kidney infection or kidney stones, the pain would be surrounded by your back, to the far right or gone, at your waist.
It may be your intestines. If you have have this pain for a month and it's getting worse, you really hold to go rear legs to the doctor. He may send you to a gastroenterologist who may charge a colonoscopy or a barium enema; both tests show what the inside of the intestines look approaching.
The doctor will probably order an x-ray of your belly to see what is going on. He should also do a complete blood panel
