okay,i am 13 (14 in august) and my daddy said i can capture my belly button professionaly peirced,i pierced it myself on the top once,but i took it out bc i decided i considered necessary it on the bottom.but i dont want to do it myself again.does any one know where a GOOD AND CLEAN place surrounded by baton rouge,la is that i can attain it pierced at?
please dont tell me im to young-looking and i may not be making the right desion,i could seriously care smaller amount.
