my knee have been hurting for a few days in a minute. i walked alot when i be on vacation and i reflect on thats why it hurts. idk if i should go to the doctor or not or merely put ice on it for awhile. it's my vanished knee towards the outer side of it. it hurts when i bend it or pace. pleez help
