Symptoms of a small concussion?

I hit my head on the wall, pretty concrete, 2 days ago.

My headache wasn't that bad yesturday BUT today it's horrible. One of my eyes is dialated and the other one is simply normal.

I don't enjoy a bump where i hit my person in charge.

I hit my head in the region of 1 inch above my eye on the side of my forehead.

Are these symptoms of a mild concussion?
If so what do you suggest?
My brothers has have one and the doctors didn't really do anything for it.

Any help would be great.

For the Next 2 afternoon, Every 4 to 6 Hours I would Take some Aleve, 800 MG, 2. At that point if you feel no nouns I would definately call a physician. Don't be alone, within fact if you awareness any symtoms other than what you own told us. I would head to the ER. Just sit still and relax a couple of days.

Take watchfulness.

You want a head ct! The dialation could be a boss bleed, not a minor concussion. Yes, concussions are common, but some severe ones require hospitalization. Usually near a head injury you own nausea, vomiting, ha, and the extreme is changes surrounded by your pupils. It is possible, but abnormal pupils are NEVER angelic, unless that's how they are normally. Is the dialated eye react to light? Being the frontal quantity of your head make it more likely to be a more severe injury, the hindmost of your head can bear a much harder blow without injury than the front.
My suggestion, if you are concerned run to the ER, at the least, phone call your doctor and see if you can at least draw from a head ct. I wouldn't continue if your pupils are really unequal
