Whatever pain medication you take will not cause your problem go away, bar temporarily. Also, you don't need a scan to see if you hold a pinched nerve. Unless you own a hernia (which I think you don't) it will not show anything.
Fibromyalgie is a chronic affliction syndrome associated with chronic fatigue syndrome. While here is a virus that can be detected for CFS, there is no audition for fibromyalgia, but it can be inferred by the presence of tiredness, wandering pain through the muscles and joint of the whole body, increasing headache following overexertion, and general stiffness. The classic long-suffering is female, lower than lots of stress, between 30 and 40 who smokes. You don't have to be adjectives those things to have it, however. It can also start post-traumatic. The subject is a bit controversial and a lot of MD's don't want to have a word about it, but frequent will.
Trigeminal neuralgia is pain which starts contained by the cranial nerve number 5 (the trigeminal nerve). It's name that because soon after it exits the base of the skull into three branches - one go to your forehead, one to your cheek and one to your jaw on respectively side.
The nerve have to pass between the stand of the skull and the first vertebra, so Chiropractic related problems CAN CAUSE trigeminal neuralgia. Chiropractic treatments often can help out it improve, or completely move about away. The medicines you are taking are far more precarious than Chiropractic ever can be, and are 30 times more likely to lead to a life-threatening reaction. More or stronger medication are not the answer.
Best luck! David.

Question roughly speaking infected scrape!?

There is not much of any drug that you can transport for trigeminal neuralgia. My grandmother had it several years ago. She tried for over a year to find something to give a hand with the niggle. Nothing worked. She got to where on earth she couldn't even eat for over 2 weeks, and just slept. Finally, she was referred to the Texas Tech University Medical Center surrounded by Lubbock. They had to screw this circle of light onto her head and used a directed laser to put to death the nerve that be hurting her. It took a week or so to feel the effects but she feel much better. The nerve is starting to grow posterior after about 5 years and she is starting to perceive some of the pain again, but it be worth it to her. You might look into something like that.
As far as fibromyalgia go, I have it. Had it for roughly speaking 13 years. Rather than go into great detail I will a short time ago direct you to the site below. Many of the techniques work, some better than others. Kind of hit and miss. You hold to try them all. Let me relate you though, the cough syrup (guaifenesin) therapy WORKS. Just check it out.
