I can never sleep at dark time any tips?

read before bed, embezzle a nice warm tub, turn off the workstation and tv, take melatonin, excercise at some point during the hours of daylight to get more tired
Stop watching TV, one on the PC at night.
Take Sleeping pills close to Ambien or any OTC aide.
it is the PC i bet that is keeping you awake

o gosh i have indistinguishable problem- maybe try turning on a fan- it help me. its soothing. i also wear a sleep mask and that keep light out, and help a little i suppose. excluding that, sleeping pills...?What are the steps in performing back blows for pregnant women?
I hold the same problem sometimes. I find that if i excersise nearer in the afternoon...i sleep better at night. If i do it within the late evening, it give me too much energy and cant't take to sleep early! I in actuality count "sheep" and try to relax. Also i downloaded some relaxation music from itunes and it helps me unwind.A bit of a solution acne remover got on tounge?
I rob one benedryl (not daytime ones)...It makes me sleepy within a bout an hr. Also, Melatonan helps..you can win it over the counter. Ask the pharmacist about it. I also sleep on flowered sheets and quilt and spray my pillow next to light perfume. Keep out adjectives light if you can.I turn on a disciple or ac to block the other sounds...and to keep cool. I turn the tv away from me, set it on 30 min. and stumble asleep before it go off. Doesn't tight-fisted I sleep good...but at most minuscule I get to sleep. Dreams are a different story !! Good Luck! You probably enjoy a lot on your mind. I would suggest praying to Jesus to dispense you rest and a clear mind so that you can sleep. I guarantee it works. I do it all the time!More Questions & Answers...
