maybe it is a combo of the sound,the bake from the microwave,the rays..it can be a number of things but my best guess is that it have something to do w/ the look and sound that a microwave make..maybe it reminds you of something similar from your departed I dont know..something that might of scared you or something that artificial you somehow..i hope this helped even though i am no expert..
