Lump above knees?

ive got a small lump item above my knee, its more or less 5cm up from my knee. and at hand is slight brusing around it, it isnt visable through the skin but i can feel it . and it hurts when i touch it.

any planning what it is?

I think I've hear about this formerly... I'm not a doctor I have a chiropractor. I suppose it's something like you own a "second knee" and you're putting so much pressure on your leg that it causes some sort of muscle or something in the bone to swell. I can't remember what it's call... Hope that helps...
