Why do i get this sudden dull pain after urinating?

I just get done playing some gangstaball (basketball) and so i had the sudden urge to pee pee. So i did my thug thizzle and when i be done, a sudden pain come. It was around my gooch nouns, as if my gooch was getting a cramp. I fell to the ground squirming close to a earthwork until the pain go away. What's wrong with me??
