A friend have had a serious injury and does not own insurance, are there any post stroke of luck insurance policies?

I really doubt it. Any company that supplied such a thing would at full tilt go out of business. Insurance companies bring in money on the majority of people who payment but don't use the insurance. A post-accident policy would have 100% customers asking the company for money.

I don't know. I hold never been contained by a situation where it be necessary to find out. But, near is a lot of abet out there through free clinics, Lions Clubs, and I feel the Ruitians. Ask around if you think they can comfort your friend; there may be more places that do this quality of help. Some doctors may know of places also that could support. I think you enjoy to ask. It doesn't hurt to ask.
