Why is it that my hip snaps when I bend over or straighten it out. I can hear it and feel it. facilitate please.?

Exactly where surrounded by the hip does it snap and pop? Like in the groin? Could be iliosois snapping syndrome...kindness to my world...the major muscle (iliosois) collectively comes down the front of the spine, across the pelvis, and down the inside of the leg...for some of us, it weaves THROUGH the pelvis, cause it to snap and hurt, like you get kicked in the crotch...at lowest possible, this is how the doctor explained it to me...not much you can do, except deal and not do sit ups or climb stairs or ride a bike or anything else that cause it to snap and pop...
