I just took 1600mg of ibuprofen?

Try the following;

*Try reading a book.
*Turn sour any tv's or radios you have on (the perspective noise can distract you and prevent you from getting a weighty sleep)
*Limit the amount of unnatural light you own in your bedroom
*Avoid consumption after 9pm as your body has to work stale the food you ate
*If all else fail, try taking Melatonin ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/melatonin)... It's a natually occuring chemical in your body that helps regulate your wake/sleep cycle (try to avoid over the counter sleep medication as taking those comes with the added risk of addiction/overdose)
*If this is a regularly occuring article, talk to your doctor as this can be the signs of a sleeping disorder.

Stomach tenderness?

Heat up a glass of milk within the microwave.

Taking my son for a Blood Test. How can i make it smaller amount stressful for him ?

I find if I take a nice long hip bath just in the past going to bed I sleep a lot better. I don't close to sleeping pills so if I'm really exhausted and find that I am overtired rather than sleepy, will hold the radio on or read a book until I fall into a slumber state. And as recommeded, a nice heat up glass of milk help too. Just avoid caffeine. Perhaps this past time you be not really tired just sleepy.
